We bring together experts in medicine, computer science, computational pathology, artificial intelligence and related fields to collaborate, innovate, educate and advance medical research.

We are catalyzing AI momentum across the University of Pittsburgh.

Our goal is to transform medicine by using AI to detect disease earlier, more efficiently and more accurately to improve outcomes for patients.

CPACE serves as a springboard for launching governance structures and policies, cross campus collaborations and new industry partnerships, all focused on responsible AI development and deployment in the health sciences.
